Rules explained.
The X-Hold-em game is played where you can see all 4 hands, for their to be a lay all 4 of these hands must still be in play, that means that you can still bet on any hand
and none have been eliminated.
The hand we are looking to Lay must be available to lay at 1.98 or under. The available odds to lay are in the pink box.
You then need to look at the odds the other hands are available to lay at. In order for the hand to qualify as a lay either one hand must be available to lay at odds of 5.00 or under, or two hands need to be available to lay at odds of 9.8 or under.
You can place your lay bet at any time during play as long as all the rules are meet. This staking plan looks to recover losses from losing lays.
This was worked out from the average lay odds of 1.69. The formula is shown below in how many points you
will be looking to lay at at each stage. If the lay wins (the hand loses) then you will keep laying at step 1, if the lay loses (the hand wins) then you will move onto the next step.
You will keep moving on to the next step until a lay wins, at this point you will then revert back to step 1.
If there is a dead heat between two or more hands count this as a losing lay and move onto the next step.

For example (laying to win at £2 a point):
Stake 1 - Lay Hand 1 @ 1.6 for £2 (hand wins) loss £1.2
Stake 1 - Lay Hand 3 @ 1.8 for £2 (hand loses) Profit of £2 or a total profit on the
2 lays of £0.78 * after betfair commission of 2.5%
